Sharon will discuss the impact of ultra-processed foods on health and well-being and lead a discussion on the microbiome and gut bugs and their effects on the body. The talk will include some take-home messages about healthy eating.
Sharon is a Community Dietician for Portsmouth Hospitals. She is local to Petersfield, so maybe some of us already know her.
