Kate will give a brief outline of the history of herbs and their uses in relieving joint pain and certain lung conditions. She will also discuss traditional Chinese medicine and how it can complement our Western humoral approach.
Kate graduated with a BSc Hons in Phytotherapy in 2005, and worked initially at Twinings as the original Herbal Buyer & Blender. She has worked in various clinics and now works from home, specialising in treating Lyme disease and co-infections.
