Talk by Dr Qian Yue Tan

Dr Tan will discuss what geriatricians do and how they work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide specialised, holistic care tailored to the individualised needs of an older person. She will be joined by Sister Debbie Cartmell, lead specialist nurse of the Frailty Interface Team who will explain what they do to support older adults with frailty and their families who come into hospital."
