Visit to Ashling Park Vineyard

At the end of July on one of the rare glorious summer days, Wine Appreciation Group 3 took a minibus to Ashling Park, near Chichester, where we enjoyed an interesting tour of the vineyard and sampled a selection of English white wine, followed by lunch.

Suffice it to say, we had a jolly good time. In August, on not such a glorious day, we nevertheless enjoyed our summer party and are now ready to start the new term and get back to the serious business of tasting and marking wine.
