For this group, you need to be very familiar with the Yang Style Long Form of Tai Chi. This group is for those with at least three years experience, and who have learned the complete set of moves.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance. It has its origins in martial arts but has developed into an exercise routine that really can help many different types of people.
It is one of those activities that is fairly easy to begin but takes a lifetime to master.
Loose clothing and thin-soled shoes (flexible and with a good grip) are needed.
