We’re a friendly bunch who love sea swimming at Eastney and Hayling Island. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or just curious, you’re very welcome to come along.

Sea swimming is a brilliant way to lift your mood, boost circulation, and support your immune system. Safety is important to us, so everyone takes responsibility for themselves. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor first.

We’ve got lots of experience in the group — including past and present sailors who understand tides, currents, weather and sea conditions — so you’ll always have someone to guide you.

As the water cools, some of us wear wetsuits, some stick to swimsuits, and others take a break until spring. Plenty of people also join just to enjoy the sea air, watch, or walk along the beach — it’s all part of the experience!
