Science and Technology Open Meetings take the form of an hour-long presentation on a very wide variety of scientific or technological topics, followed by 30 minutes of comments, questions and discussion.
We choose presenters who are knowledgeable on the subject; often, they are researchers or academics actively working in their field.
We also run a number of Hands-on Science at Churchers College sessions where we do simple science experiments; it's great fun!
