We have become a friendly group that started in 2015 and we aim to speak in French for the whole session. We are about A level standard, although we have some members who are more proficient and able to converse fluently, but they also benefit from the conversation and want to be able to extend their knowledge of vocabulary and grammar.
We are very lucky to have acquired the help of a wonderful friendly semi-retired French Tutor who joins us when she is available and who encourages us to chat and engage more in conversation and debates. She is a delightful lady and we thoroughly enjoy her sessions.
We meet in each other's homes so need to keep the member numbers at 6 and at present we are at maximum capacity.
