These events are not being organised by Petersfield u3a but our members are being allowed to join in with trips organised by Maureen Willett.

Maureen has been a member of Petersfield u3a for over 10 years and has organised numerous trips and holidays for Petersfield U3A members over this period. She has at the same time also organised similar events for the retired members of the Unison London Borough of Merton social club, of which she is also a member.

These trips are focused on areas of general interest and are available to all members. They are completely separate from more specialist trips organised by specific interest groups, such as Arts and Heritage, Gardening or The South Bank Group. The arrangement with Maureen will ultimately have certain trips biased towards Petersfield u3a and others biased towards Merton Social Club, with members of both able to join any trip.

To participate in any of the trips please email Maureen at Trips Organiser to check availability. Cheques are payable to Unison Merton unless stated otherwise, addressed to the Treasurer, and posted to Brenda and Barbara Hope, 147, Garendon Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 6NA. Give your Name/s address, number of people attending, contact details, and your meeting point. All Coach trip pickup points are Croydon, Mitcham, Morden and Petersfield. Please arrive 10 minutes before departure time. During the year there may be additional trips which will be on the website and in the Connect Newsletter.
