Owing to the popularity of the existing writing group, a second creative writing group is being established. It will be led by an experienced writer who has been a member of the existing writing group for some time.

There is some flexibility around the meeting day, but it will generally take place in the afternoon of the third Monday of the month.

The group encourages members to share their writing on any subject and in any genre, welcoming comments and advice from peers. Each session will usually have a theme, and members are encouraged to produce some writing on that theme for the following meeting in any genre.   We welcome writers of all levels, whether beginners or those with more experience, with the aim that we will all develop our writing practice in the company of others who enjoy writing too.
